Punjab, KP, and parts of Kashmir are shaken by an earthquake

An earthquake struck the country’s northern regions on Friday, jolting the federal capital and numerous cities in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces.

Swabi, Charsadda, and Swat are among the cities throughout the country that have been affected by the earthquake, according to preliminary reports. The earthquakes shook Rawalakot, Khoi Ratta, and Bagh in Kashmir.

According to the seismic center, the earthquake had a Richter magnitude of 5 and a depth of 218 kilometers. The earthquake’s epicenter was detected in Tajikistan and Afghanistan.
