The Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has filed a reference in the Election Commission to disqualify Imran Khan, the reference was submitted by Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha under Article 63 of the Constitution, in which it is requested that former Prime Minister Imran Khan Imran Khan should be disqualified under Article 62 1F if the gifts received from him are not disclosed in the assets.
According to the sources, Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervaiz Ashraf will also send the Tosha Khana reference to Election Commission against Imran Khan soon
